     So what's been going on in school? Teacher’s Day was a success! Free cake to celebrate our teachers? Nothing can beat that! Also, UN Week was great; everyone had fun and entertaining activities were planned, especially for Primary. The Founder’s Day ceremony was indeed moving, and the planting of the tree by the second graders was remarkable, as always. There are a few events coming up in November, for example the ISH Houses Football Tournament! Everyone's excited for that, so if you want to participate and

make your House proud, contact any member from the Student Council. In addition, there is the Remembrance Day Art Contest. The theme is "honouring the brave soldiers", so please participate! For more information on these events, flip to pages 18 and 19. Finally, the annual Shankar Painting Competition is coming up soon and it would be great if you could all come and express your atistic side! Thank you!
