Admission Procedure

Admission for children of special circumstances

Special circumstances are defined as being:

  • Arrival after the beginning of the academic year
  • Children with special needs in the instructional language
  • Children identified as having Special Educational Needs
When a child's Application for Admission is flagged for special consideration:
  • an additional test or tests will be administered by the specialist department(s) concerned
  • a meeting of the Principal, the Registrar, the Section Coordinator, the appropriate grade teacher(s) and the specialist coordinator(s) will be arranged to consider the admission and decide on what the School will offer to the parents of the child concerned.
